RestoWrite started with one question and one neighbor.
The story
One Sunday afternoon in Belleville.
My neighbor Marc runs a bistro in Belleville. Last summer, I watched him spend his Sunday afternoon — his only day off — writing Instagram captions instead of being with his daughter.
The captions weren't even good. He was using ChatGPT, but he'd describe his restaurant from scratch every time, and the output still sounded like a hotel chain.
I'm a developer. I asked him one question:
“What if there was a tool that learned your voice once and then wrote everything in it forever?”
He said: “I'd pay for that. Today.”
Six months later, RestoWrite exists. Marc gets his Sundays back. And 200+ restaurants across France, the UK, Belgium, and Canada are writing better copy in less time.
